FAQ's

How does the billing cycle work?

We charge a flat rate of $9.99 month on a sliding scale, with the amount per animal going down with the more you have. If a pet has not been checked in 6 months, they get taken off the billing cycle.

How does the free trial work?

All KennelKonnect users get a free month long trial to add as many animals as you want, then will be charged for as many registered animals you have when the trial ends.

Do I need my credit card info to sign up?

You do need to log in your credit card information, but you won’t be charged until your free trial expires.

Are there any setup or cancellation fees?

None!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Do pet owners have to pay to use the application?

Pet Owners do not pay to use KennelKonnect. Upon registration, they are sent an invite link to sign up and download an account that’s tied with their pet.

Do I still have access to the data after I cancel my subscription?

You can bring back your subscription at any time!
